Collection: How to use guanabana leaves
- Boil one liter of hot spring water in a kettle or a pot.
- Pour the boiling water over the 4-6 guanabana leaves.
- Cover the teapot or mug and let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes. The longer you steep the tea, the stronger the flavor will be.
- After steeping, remove the infuser or strainer from the teapot or mug.
- Optionally, you can add agave syrup, maya honey, or key lime to enhance the flavor of the tea.
- Enjoy your guanabana tea hot or let it cool down to room temperature before serving over ice.
