Collection: How to use guanabana leaves

  1. Boil one liter of hot spring water in a kettle or a pot.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the 4-6 guanabana leaves.
  3. Cover the teapot or mug and let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes. The longer you steep the tea, the stronger the flavor will be.
  4. After steeping, remove the infuser or strainer from the teapot or mug.
  5. Optionally, you can add agave syrup, maya honey, or key lime to enhance the flavor of the tea.
  6. Enjoy your guanabana tea hot or let it cool down to room temperature before serving over ice.
