There is a problem with the product I received

My order was defective.

The quality control we provide is always our top priority, but sometimes we fall short. Please send us an email with your name, order number, and a photo with the issue and our Quality Control Coordinator will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

How Do I use the compounds 

All compounds are used the same way. You grab a small handful (about one or two tablespoons) and place it on a pot, pour a liter of hot water and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. All infusions can be consumed hot or cold. 

How often should I consume the compounds or herbs 

It is recommended to consume 2-3 cups a day, or more. The majority of them are delicious and could be used as drinking water. Don't forget to use spring water only.
